If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, please don't hesitate to send it back to us within 14 days of the purchase date. Just send an email to hello@lusophile.co.uk detailing your order number and the items you wish to return and we will guide you through the steps.
Please ensure that you send your returns using a trackable service.
We will aim to process your refund within 24 hours of receiving the goods, provided they are unused and fit for resale in the original packaging with labels still attached. Lusophile reserves the right to refuse returns that are communicated or sent outside of the 14 day returns period or where the items are not in the same condition they were in when they were received.
Please note that we will be unable to refund any shipping charges. If there are any customs or import duties associated with the return of the items, these will be charged to the customer.
