Prior to first use, the bowl should be washed by hand in hot, soapy water, well rinsed and allowed to air dry. Dishwasher use is not recommended.

Please note that this is a handmade piece; some marks and cracking in the glaze are natural. This will not affect the use of durability of the piece over time.
